Ing. Solorzano Gonzalez, was detained and sent back to his country by the Cuban authorities-at Jose Marti International Airport intention was to offer some seminars regarding Alternative Agrarian Tenhnology, sponsored by the Agencia of International Agrarian Development, ACDI/VOCA.
It is paradoxical than while Ing. Solorzano visit is denied in Cuba, the Cuban Engineer Leonardo Chirino Gonzalez is visiting Guatemala representing the ANAP, the Cuban State Controlled Agricultural Agency.
