The true social justice consists of developing individuals in their purchasing power, not of exonerating them from responsibilities. Free acquisition prostitutes the concept of value.

THE REALIZATION OF THE RIGHT TO DEVELOPMENT  AS A HUMAN RIGHT AND THE CUBAN GOVERNMENT’S EMBARGO OF THIS RIGHT UPON THEIR NATIONALS.

Miami, October 2, 2000 (GACIC)
By: Manuel González

The Global Consultation on the Realization of the Right to Deve1opment as a Human Right took place in the United Nations Office at Geneva from January 8 to 12, 1990. In Chapter V regarding National Level, in paragraph 119, it is stated Since the individual is the central subject of development, the individual must take responsibility for his or her own welfare to the extent possible. To implement the right to development, States have a responsibility first to respect the freedom of the individual to take action"
This is the position of the National Alliance of Independent Cuban Farmers in support of the Cuban independent farmers, who are struggling for a free market production.
In Chapter VII regarding Conclusions and Recommendations from this Global Consultation, in paragraph 184, it is stated: “All States should ensure that corporations and other entities under their jurisdiction conduct themselves nationally and internationally in a way that does not violate the right to development”.
This is the position of the National Alliance of Independent Cuban Farmers (ANAIC) regarding foreign corporations or entities, investing in Cuba, associating themselves with the Cuban Government, in violation of the Human Right to Development.
